A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required at the time of the booking . Our management company inspect the property on your departure and if everything is fine, the £200 is returned to you.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival and on payment the directions etc are emailed to you.
Pool heating is an extra £75 a week. This is recommended during the autumn and winter months, up until Easter.
Methods of payment include BAC's transfer, cheque, World Pay and credit card ( there is a small admin charge to use a credit card and I'm afraid we are unable to accept Amex.)

Cancellation Policy:
If you find you have to cancel , then I'm afraid you lose the deposit. If it is less than 6 weeks before your holiday/vacation and you have paid the balance, there will be no refund unless we can relet , in which case 50% is refunded.
