Here are the details of this wonderful  2200 square foot, air conditioned property.

You enter the front door and you are in the main lounge area.  This has high, vaulted ceilings and is very light and airy.  There is a satelite tv  with over 100 channels. There are  three comfy sofas, so everyone can relax in this "Great Room" which is literally in the centre of the villa.  There is a Wii games console so you can enjoy playing a virtual game of tennis or ten pin bowling.

From here you enter the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The large kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine and a new hob and oven.  Whether you want to prepare meals or quick and easy snacks, the facilities are here. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six people.

Leading on from here is the second seating area, for those that want some quiet time.  There are two comfy sofas and it over looks the large swimming pool.  We have installed a desk top computer with broad band internet access in the corner of this area. It has a lcd monitor with 1680 x 1050 resolution and there is also a printer / scanner you can use. The Vonage phone allows free calls in the US ( including mobiles ) , to the UK and Canada.

The door out to the pool deck is fully alarmed so access can be monitored.  The pool is approx 26 ft long and ranges from approx 3ft to 6 ft. depth at the deep end.  We have a selection of pool toys including various floats and sticks that sink and need retrieving.  There are a number of poolside chairs with foot stools so you can relax with your book in the sun or in the shade.  New for 2009 we have added 2 sun loungers.  The pool is south facing.

The master bedroom is off the main lounge and has a large double bed and plenty of storage.  There is a new 32" flat screen tv with independent satellite. In the en suite bathroom, there are twin sinks, a corner bath and a large separate shower cubicle. There is a door into the walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for all your holiday clothes! Overall, this is a large room, which is light and airy and also has a door out into the pool deck (which is also alarmed).

The blue/green twin bedroom is also accessed from the main lounge.  In here there are 2 single beds and a large built in wardrobe.  In this wardrobe are a few toys, games, puzzles and books.  There is also a cd player on the chest of drawers. The en suite is the penguin bathroom, for obvious reasons!  This spacious bathroom has a shower over the bath and storage under the sink.

The second double bedroom again has a built in wardrobe and a door into the third bathroom.  This has all new bedding with a palm tree theme.

Next door is the twin bedroom which also has a built in wardrobe. It is a decent size too.

This villa can easily accommodate one large family or two families, as the double bedrooms are near to a twin room each ie to the left of the lounge is the master bedroom and blue/green twin room and to the right  is the palm tree double room and the second twin room.

Brand new for 2009 is a travel cot /pack'n'play for a younger member of the family.  This can be used in any of the rooms and has its own bedding.

There is also a plastic mattress cover for a single bed, if needed.

In the garage/games room is the washing machine and tumble dryer. The games room consists of a table tennis table and air hockey table, for more pictures please refer to the gallery.
