Our beautiful single storey 4 bedroom (two master, two twin) vacation villa is situated in a quiet residential area close to Disney (15 Min's) and 5 minutes from a supermarket, restaurants and the golf courses at Champions Gate. Orlando International Airport is only a 30 minutes drive away.
The layout with 2 lounges, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make it ideal for one or two families. Access from the house to the large private, screened swimming pool with its large deck area to sunbathe on, is protected by newly fitted alarms. There is also an area in the shade, with table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including that all important dishwasher and if you want/need to do some laundry, then there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, too. New Easter (2010) we have upgraded the Fridge Freezer to one that dispenses filtered ice and water.
There are two lounge areas one with a large LCD TVs with Satellite reception of over 50 channels including Fox Soccer Plus (Premiership Football!). New for Easter 2010 are the three new settees with recliner seats. What more do you need after a long day in the theme parks, than to relax and put your feet up ? Also we have a high spec Desktop PC with printer/scanner and high speed wireless Internet provided for our guests to use, and should you need to keep in touch with family/friends back in the UK you can call them at no additional cost.
New August 2009, for any younger guests there is a travel cot with bedding.
On those days when you don't make it to the theme parks, there are plenty of things to do at the villa, whether its playing air hockey or table tennis in our New games room (photos now available), relaxing around the pool or playing a game of tennis on the residents tennis court, or virtually on our Wii games console. New for 2010 is the Phillips surround sound DVD player, connected to the main tv in the lounge. It should sound like you're in the cinema ( and there's also a popcorn maker in the kitchen.)
New July 2009 the usable decking area has been increased and freshly painted, plus the addition of Florida Glass panels (click the photo for more images).
